Many answers to long-term and short-term challenges are already in the minds of those involved; the challenge is to draw them out, capture them, and make them articulate and actionable over time.
That's where I come in
I part-time support entrepreneurs in the long term (6 months, a year or more).I am part of the company without being overwhelmed by the daily operations. This allows me to assist and support the management team in its strategic vision and its evolution over time.

The different stages
Here is how I proceed to help you grow and develop your business.
We set up an action plan to address these issues. Here, my role as an external consultant is leveraged to monitor the relevant actions.
The management team has in me a facilitator, a secretary, a sparring partner, and a peer CEO to exchange ideas with.
I define and maintain the list of actions to be taken, and I track these actions over time. I personally carry out some of these actions, for example, due to occasional resource issues within the company.
I facilitate and organise review cycles of completed projects/actions (post-mortem), I extract the lessons learned by the company and capture them to avoid repeating mistakes and to integrate them into future actions.
I organise strategy review cycles with the management team.
I maintain, facilitate, and provide the company with a risk register at the strategic level and the associated mitigation actions.
So that the management team can quickly exchange ideas with an external peer, to get feedback, brainstorm, and energise themselves.
I represent the company in external organisations such as consortiums, if necessary, and connect with the management team.
