Who am I?
Laurent Meyer
An engineer by training in the field of aeronautics and critical systems, I set up my own design office and have advised numerous companies in the tech, electronics, and industry sectors for over 10 years.
As part of the French CAPTRONIC industry support programme, I have intervened in struggling companies across France to not only solve their technical problems but also to help them position themselves technically and strategically in their market.
I also have 10 years of experience in the European public sector, specifically in the field of aviation. I have developed a taste for the blend of technical, political, and strategic elements.
I now leverage my experience and what my more than 300 tech clients have taught me through Serelead to help them get their heads out of the daily grind, rise above the fray, and take the initiative, while sleeping better.
I am someone who is operational and results-oriented, prioritising the concrete over theory whenever possible.
My specialty is being able to relevantly and pragmatically transpose my experience into other entrepreneurial projects. I do this job out of passion and am fortunate to make a living from it.
My ambition is to achieve a sustainable and positive change in the company, not to stay there long-term. I want there to be a before and after, which I will seek to identify with my client fairly quickly.
